market meeting your desired characteristics and set up appointments to
show them to you

comparative market analysis will be done on any properties of interest
before you make an offer

Using this analysis I will assist you with an offer pricing strategy that
will ensure you pay the fairest price possible
• Before I present the offer, we will review
it together and go over all the special terms and conditions it will
contain that will protect you
• Once an offer is accepted I will discuss the importance of
a home inspection, status certificate, and a title insurance
• I will give you an accurate
estimate of closing costs and outline the sequence of events that will
take place up to closing day
• I will be present during the home inspection to help you
interpret the inspector’s appraisal
